Literacy Programs for Children
Infants through 5th Grade
Rhyme Time

Book Buddies

Kids bring a snack & covered beverage & participate in book discussions, art projects and more.

Lego Club

Physics of Sports

Explore how physics impacts sports. Answer questions like, “What’s the best way to swing a baseball bat?” “What equipment works best and why?”

Math Book Bingo

Halloween Celebration

Featuring Jim Nesci’s Cold Blooded Creatures! Hold a python, hug a crocodile, and pet a tortoise! Great photo-op!  All ages. Drop-in

No-Bake Snacks and Desserts

Learn how to make some easy snacks and desserts without using a stove or oven!

Fall Into a Good Science Book and Enter to Win a Prize
Kids K-5th grade turn in up to two book reviews. Each review counts as an entry to receive a Target Grant prize book and to be entered into monthly prize drawings. Last day to submit book reviews is December 31st. Monthly prize winner does not need to be present to win.

Free movies and popcorn! Bring your own covered drinks. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Drop-in

New Year’s Eve Party for Kids
