Bring the kids!  Bring the entire family!  Kids and family entertainer Jason Kollum presents an interactive, total-participation program where YOU become the Juggler!  Everybody participates & learns cool balancing and juggling skills!  First, it’s the Rock n’ Roll Variety Juggling Show with comedy, tons of audience participation, & huge balancing and juggling stunts.  The fun continues with the hands-on skills workshop where everybody gets to try!  Perfect for ALL ages!

Summer Reading 2012 at the Sugar Grove Library is just around the corner!

 

Become a Sponsor today!  Invest in your community by sponsoring the Library’s Summer Reading Program - Dream Big: Read! Summer Reading kicks off on Saturday, June 9 and runs through July 28.  Children, teens and adults of all ages read to earn prizes!

It’s fun and easy!  Simply click on the Universal Class icon under Online Resources on our Home Page. You will need to create an account and have a valid email address and Sugar Grove Library card to sign up for courses.

·         You can enroll in up to 5 courses at one time.

·         You have up to 6 months to finish each course.

·         You have access to your course 24/7 via the Internet.

·         You attend class and do assignments on your own schedule.

·         Each course has a real instructor, who you may communicate with using e-mail.

Overdrive, where you download audio books and ebooks FREE from the library, has launched a new look for their web site!

Overdrive has a new, clean, bright, and easy to navigate site! You’ll find many ways to search for books, easy to use Help links and a link to a list of compatible devices.

Check it out and download a book today!!

Just go to the library’s home page (www.sugargrove.lib.il.us), click on the link to download books, log in with your library card and pin number (usually the last 4 digits of your library card number), and find that book you want to “read”.

If you haven’t experienced downloading books yet – and need a little extra help – stop in the library for some help in the Computer Lab.  Or make an appointment with Toby in the Lab for some individual tutoring.
